Cancelation Policy

The Window: We require a 12-hour cancelation notice for group classes and 24-hour cancelation notice for private sessions.

The Fee: Late cancellations will incur a flat fee for members or the loss of a class credit for pack holders.

The Reason: This policy ensures our instructors are compensated and that other clients on the waitlist have access to open spots.
